Senior Project Manager
Are you a confident project leader ready to take charge of complex builds and deliver excellence across safety, quality, and performance? At Kilnbridge, we’re looking for Senior Project Managers who can bring technical expertise, leadership, and a proactive mindset to our most ambitious construction projects.
Why Kilnbridge?
We take on some of the UK’s most challenging engineering and construction work, and we do it with integrity, teamwork, and purpose. As an employee-owned business, every team member has a personal stake in our success. That means your leadership directly shapes our delivery, culture, and reputation.
We live by our values: Responsibility, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence. If these align with how you work, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the delivery of major construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets are met. Your role will include:

- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Driving quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Supporting innovation in construction methods and delivery
- Mentoring and developing your team to perform at their best
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with significant experience managing high-value construction projects, ideally in a leadership role within a main contractor or specialist subcontractor. You’ll have a strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety, and project delivery. You’ll be confident leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving performance. A CSCS card and relevant qualifications are desirable, but your ability to lead, communicate, and deliver results is what matters most. You’ll be organised, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure while keeping your team focused and motivated.
