What We’re Looking For
You’ll have experience in recruitment, ideally within construction or a similar fast-paced industry. You’ll be confident speaking to candidates, managing multiple vacancies, and working to tight deadlines. Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail are key.
You’ll be comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office, and you’ll be proactive, approachable, and ready to get stuck in. A driving licence and willingness to travel to sites is a bonus.
