Transport & Logistics Coordinator

At Kilnbridge, we’re looking for a Transport & Logistics Coordinator to manage our fleet and driver operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant transport across the business.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee scheduling, maintenance, compliance, and driver management, making sure our plant and materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there. You’ll play a key part in supporting project delivery and maintaining our high standards across logistics and fleet operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our transport department, ensuring full compliance with legislation and company policy. Your role will include:
- Scheduling plant and materials to meet project requirements
- Managing drivers, job sheets, and timekeeping records
- Overseeing vehicle servicing, MOTs, and 6-weekly checks
- Ensuring compliance with Ministry of Transport and Operator’s Licence obligations
- Supporting accreditations such as FORS, Mission Zero, and CLOCS
- Monitoring tachographs and taking action where needed
- Coordinating breakdowns, repairs, and call-outs
- Conducting regular driving checks and maintaining licence records
- Managing congestion charge registrations and fines

- Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail
- Experience managing fleet operations and driver coordination
- Knowledge of transport compliance and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
