Architectural Coordinator

At Kilnbridge, we’re looking for an Architectural Coordinator to join our team at Old Oak Common. You’ll play a key role in coordinating design models, managing interfaces, and supporting project delivery across one of the UK’s most complex infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and interfacing contractors to ensure seamless coordination of architectural and design models. Your role will include:
- Using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design tools
- Reviewing client and contractor models for clashes and producing clash detection reports
- Coordinating model exchanges and updates across stakeholders
- Supporting sample and mock-up reviews with the client
- Ensuring design information is available for installation teams
- Assisting with handover documentation and design verification
- Attending client meetings and managing design deadlines
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have a formal qualification in architecture or a related field, with 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design or project coordination. You’ll be confident working with design software, understanding construction tolerances, and navigating complex design interfaces. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
