Supply Chain Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Group Head of Procurement, you’ll work closely with the pre-construction team and supply chain partners to develop and implement strategic procurement plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing procurement strategies for bids and projects
- Building supply chain maps and databases
- Evaluating supplier capability, capacity, and compliance
- Monitoring performance using KPIs and 360° feedback
- Supporting strategic supply chain selection and engagement
- Aligning supply chain decisions with sustainability and innovation goals
- Leveraging global procurement networks and expertise
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have experience in supply chain or procurement roles within the UK construction or civil engineering sector, with a strong understanding of bid development and performance frameworks.
You’ll be analytical, strategic, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with international supply chain practices and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
