Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager or Project Director, you will provide overall leadership of the construction team, ensuring safety, commercial performance, programme, and quality objectives are met.
You’ll act as the company representative, manage client relationships, oversee project planning and delivery, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. You’ll also lead resource planning, manage budgets, and drive innovation and best practice across the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ll have significant experience in the water sector, including delivering projects valued up to £20m.
- Strong knowledge of fabricated reinforced concrete (FRC) water treatment works is essential.
- You should have a proven track record in managing high-value construction projects
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- A CSCS card is required
Strong organisational, communication, and client management skills are critical, along with the ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and workforce planning.
