Logistics Manager

At Kilnbridge, we’re recruiting a Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operations on our Heathrow site, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery across projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Own and update the site logistics plan in line with programme phasing
• Book and coordinate all deliveries, operate gatehouse control and complete driver checks
• Manage traffic management plans, marshalling, safe access routes and pedestrian segregation
• Plan cranage, hoists and internal distribution with the Appointed Person and lifting teams
• Set up and manage laydown, storage and offload zones. Oversee safe unloading and load security
• Monitor material call-offs, stock levels and returns. Control small tools and plant utilisation
• Coordinate waste segregation, skips and environmental controls. Keep records accurate and up to date
• Lead daily and weekly logistics briefings and Toolbox Talks. Supervise logistics operatives and subcontractors
• Maintain RAMS, permits and site rules compliance. Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
• Solid experience delivering site logistics on construction or civil engineering projects
• Strong understanding of traffic management, lifting operations and load security
• Skilled at scheduling, delivery booking systems and on-site coordination
• Organised and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Proficient with standard office IT tools
• A clear commitment to health, safety and environmental best practice
