We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support a senior Managing Director in a highly visible, trusted role.
This is an opportunity for an Executive Assistant who enjoys being close to the action, embedded in the business, and genuinely valued as a key part of the leadership support function. You will have direct, daily exposure to a senior Managing Director.
Key responsibilities
You'll Act As a True Right-hand Partner To The Managing Director, Ensuring The Smooth Running Of Their Day And Enabling Them To Focus On Strategic Priorities. This Will Include:
Proactive diary and inbox management
Preparing presentations, reports and senior-level correspondence
Acting as a key liaison with internal stakeholders
Meeting coordination, minute-taking and follow-up
Travel, expenses and general executive administration
Ad-hoc project and business support as required
About you
Experience supporting at least one Managing Director
Background as an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role
Construction or engineering experience is beneficial but not required
Polished, organised and confident working at senior level
Someone who prefers a fully office-based role and enjoys being part of the day-to-day business
