You'll work closely with the managing director, divisional leaders and delivery teams, providing real-time insight into:

• Management accounts, forecasting and budgeting

• KPIs, cash flow and profitability

• Commercial performance across projects and operations

• Financial storytelling — helping non-finance stakeholders truly understand the numbers
  

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), ideally 5+ years PQE

• Strong Excel and Power BI capability

• Proven experience in management accounts, KPI reporting and financial control

• Commercially minded — able to challenge, influence and drive outcomes

• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent and ambitious

• Construction, engineering, project or plant hire experience is highly desirable
